Perilous World Radio 04/19/21

Hour 1 - David hosts today’s show solo. David continues coverage of the George Floyd trial and how Maxine Waters is saying that it is clear there will be a guilty verdict or else it will further the divide in this country between police and citizens and there will be violence in the streets. We have a special guest Baron Baptiste on the show. They talk about how America is more stressed out now than ever and how suicide is higher now than during World War 2. They talk about how you can’t let other people suck your energy from you and ways to keep that from happening.

Hour 2 - David and Baron talk about how important meditation and self-reflection is. They discuss how we need to make sure we aren’t holding onto any stress from a past event because it can stay with us for years and you don’t even realize it. They go on to talk about how studies have shown that being out in nature can greatly affect your mental health. David reminds listeners that you can find the Sunday Conversation, this show, and more on our new app, FHU Vision. Download the app on your smartphone and then register it at fhuvisionapp.com
