Hour 1 - Today on Monday’s show Alan and David discuss how people are lining up in freezing temperatures to get the covid vaccine. Alan talks about how our smartphones are the new forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge because you have access to everything that is out there, the good and the bad, with the touch of a button and we have to resist not looking at the bad parts. David plays a clip of a woman who says that Trump supporters are taking up vital hospital beds by having babies who are going to grow up and also support Trump and how we don’t need more Trump supporters out there.  

Hour 2 - During the second hour of today’s show Alan and David discuss anxiety and how David doesn’t think having anxiety is necessarily a bad thing but Alan most certainly does. David says that you can have anxiety as long as you don’t have worry, but Alan says anxiety will kill you, and David counters that if you add objectivity to anxiety you can understand your life better.
