Judge Me Not!

Welcome to Perilous World Radio, hosted by Alan Masters. Today, Alan will explore the topic of self-judgment. Many of us tend to be excessively critical of ourselves, often burdened by self-doubt and internalizing negative thoughts. This pattern can become ingrained, leading to a desire for change. Oftentimes, external triggers can exacerbate our self-doubt, making us susceptible to the influence of others who exploit our vulnerabilities. These weaknesses can lead some individuals down an irreversible path, resulting in a life contrary to moral values. This includes exhibiting pride, dishonesty, violence, malevolence, hastiness towards evil, spreading falsehoods, and sowing discord among peers. Let us consider methods to liberate ourselves from this recurring pattern and embrace our inner illumination. Through the meditative practice entitled "Be Still and Know," we can initiate the process of discovering our authentic selves.
