Improved Poopie Porridge

  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Golden Flax
  • 1 Heaping Tablespoon Rice Bran
  • 1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ
  • 1 Tablespoon Wheat Bran
  • 1 Cup Warm or Cold Milk (or Water)


Raisins, Cinnamon, Cream, Sweetener



Mix dry ingredients well, then add the liquid.

Remember, for diabetics use low carbohydrate milk or cream, and a sugar substitute, preferably Stevia.

Tip: Don’t buy boxed cereal for your breakfast. It is like giving cookies to your kids for breakfast… a slow death.

Poopie Porridge IV


  • 3 Tablespoons Golden Flax Seed
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Tablespoon Lecithin Granules (in a bowl of milk)
  • 2 Heaping Tablespoon Wheat Bran

(increase if you need more fiber for regularity)

  • Stevia or Splenda
  • 1 Cup Warm Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil


Grind the Flax Seed and Sunflower Seeds to a powder for about 20-30 seconds.

Add the dry ingredients to the warm milk, stirring continuously.

It is very important to keep the digestive system regular. The small intestine works like a brain. The gut is really very intelligent, being responsible for the distribution of nutrients.

Adding raw fiber to your meals has an anti-virus effect, and drinking about 2 1/2 glasses of Kefir each day is also very beneficial.

For diabetics best not to have sweet fruits unless you exercise. Unless you are using up to 200 calories in exercise, select strawberries and blueberries.
