Perilous World Radio 08/17/22

David Masters and Jan Masters take on today’s Perilous World show. They begin by discussing Liz Cheney and her resounding defeat at the polls. David states that Trump, although flawed, was chosen by God and that he is a warrior. Jan points out that Trump is still “winning” even though he is not in the oval office. 

Jan starts the next segment asking, “What is one of the main themes throughout the bible? Isn’t it Forgiveness? She then points out that the main objective of the left seems to be the exact opposite.  They nurture grievances and encourage hatred, keeping us divided amongst ourselves. David says division is a weapon of war. Jan says she has faith that an awakening is coming.  

David reminds us that Judas betrayed Jesus for the cost of a slave, 30 pieces of silver. David plays a clip suggesting that the left is hoping for a Judas to emerge from Trump’s inner circle.

David plays a clip from their heavenly co-host Roy Masters, as he explains the Stockholm Syndrome, a condition in which hostages develop a psychological bond with their captors during captivity. It results from a specific set of circumstances, namely power and imbalances contained in hostage taking, kidnapping, and abusive relationships. We all have some form of conditioning, says Jan. How do you find that balance? Be still and know!

Death is what gives life meaning and our time is limited. “Are you on the right path in your life? asks Jan. David feels that it’s an illusion that we think we have more time than not. To prepare for a true spiritual transformation is to prepare for God to knock you down first. 

Jan says we need to understand that the authority of our Constitution comes not from man, but from the authority of the Most High, which is why we have a similar blessing as Israel.

David plays a clip from Roy Masters as he reminds us to stand our ground, there is spiritual warfare all around us, the battle of egos, if you’re an aware person you won’t be trapped in it.  

Jan once again leaves us with more words of wisdom, “Tune into the truth, and let it come through you and change the world around you. Imagine if we all did that!
