Hour 1 - Dianne Masters hosts today’s show. Dianne talks about the covid vaccine and points out that a lot of the new covid cases are from people who have been fully vaccinated. Dianne wonders why the government is pushing for people to take the covid vaccine even if they have already had covid. Dianne talks about the importance of hands-on learning over learning from a book and how half of the people who work for her who have a degree in agriculture don’t really know what they are doing until they start doing the actual work.
Hour 2 - Dianne talks about the importance of calling people back when you own your own business and how a lot of companies in Texas don’t do that for some reason. She says that it’s sad a lot of Walgreens are closing because people can now walk in and steal whatever they want. She tells us about how her company brings troubled kids to work on her farm and how it completely changes them once they start working with their hands and working to put food on the table.
