Dianne talks about how most troubled teenagers are troubled because of bad parenting. Dianne talks about the homeless and how the government just gives them handouts that encourage them to do nothing and to remain homeless.  

Hour 2 - Dianne talks about how we need to stop giving out so many free handouts and making people dependent on the government. Dianne goes on to talk about how some kids don’t do well in school and how it’s alright to take them out of school and have them do something else. Dianne talks about how we need more people to go to trade schools versus traditional colleges.
