Hour 1 - Alan and David are joined once again by Mike Jones on today’s show. They talk about how Roy Masters has been saying that the left is the enemy of America for years. They talk about how Roy’s meditation is unique and more effective than other meditations. They talk about how you shouldn’t repent just when bad things are happening to you but instead strive to live a righteous life all the time.

Hour 2 - Alan, David, and Mike talk about how people will say that they forgive someone else but really they haven’t forgiven them in their hearts, and until you do you carry all of that poison around inside of you. They discuss how important it is to make sure children are raised right because that sets up the kind of person they will be for the rest of their lives unless you can make a big change.
