Hour 1 - On today’s show we have Alan, David, Beau Hanson, and special guest Diane McNamara ("DiMac”) from Fire It Up PR. They talk about how the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, isn’t as great a leader as everyone is making him out to be. They have Mike Jones hop on the show for a minute to give his views on what is happening in Ukraine and how the media that he watches is trying to make Ukraine look like the bad guys and they refuse to talk about what is happening to Ukraine’s civilians. They talk about how this whole situation with Ukraine is a smokescreen for other things going on behind the scenes.

Hour 2 - Alan, David, Beau Hanson, and Diane McNamara talk about how energy is a language and that you need to surround yourself with people who give off good energy. They talk about how the meditation that Roy created can help lead you back to God if you are feeling lost. They talk about how when you pray you are talking to God and when you meditate you are listening to God.
