They discuss the importance of being baptized not just with water but also a spiritual baptism is needed. 

Hour 2 - Alan, David, Allison, and Beau talk about how we can find meaning in dreams. They talk about how when you are deep asleep you have the same brainwaves as someone who is meditating. Alan talks about how he can still feel his father’s presence and that he is still learning from him by listening to his old shows.
