They talk about suicide and how checking in with people and just asking how they are doing can prevent people from taking their lives sometimes. They discuss how sometimes you feel prompted to check in on a friend and that is God working through you and telling you your friend needs your help. On today’s Battlefront segment they have guests Colonel Monaco and Master Sergeant Franco Webb and they talk about the Hunter Biden laptop and how it has a lot of pertinent information about Ukraine and China on it. 

Hour 2 - Alan, David, and Jan talk about how people are designed to worship and you need to make sure you are worshiping God and not a false idol. They discuss the effects music can have on people. They talk about how there are 2 types of ego, the prideful ego, and the humble ego.
