They have special guest Brian Pombo on today’s show to talk about how he has family currently living in Ukraine and what they are saying is happening right now. They talk about how there is now a US trucker protest on its way to Washington D.C. and how they are putting up fences around the White House because of it.

Hour 2 - Alan, David, and Mike talk about how with everything going on in the world right now it is a great time to make sure you are prepared in case food stores run out of their supplies. They talk about how everyone needs to make sure that the foods they put into their bodies are healthy and to stay away from processed sugar. They discuss how we are about to have a reckoning happen and we all better be ready.
