Hour 2 - Alan and Mike talk about how it’s important to say that you love someone but more important that you show them with your actions. They talk about how you can either sit and rot or stand up and grow. They talk about how they think everyone is going to get covid eventually and you shouldn’t be hiding at home in fear but outliving your life to the fullest.
