They talk about Nancy Pelosi banned gender terms (like mother and father) and how this is a violation of the First Amendment. David talks about how eating healthy is great, unless you let it become your new religion. They talk about how electric cars actually cause more pollution than regular cars because of how the electricity is produced and how we have been lied to about this fact and it’s just one of the many things that we have been led to believe is a lie. 

Hour 2 - Alan and David talk about how we can’t let fear control us and that we all need to have more self control in our lives. They talk about how anger is a drug that we all need to avoid because it takes you over. David talks about how we all need to learn how to be truly calm and learn the secret of objectivity.
