For over 40 years Roy Masters has helped people to discover the key to overcoming their negative emotions. Sometimes referred to as meditation, "Be Still & Know" is essentially an observation exercise; an objective peek into the reality of our own minds where the endless thought streams of stress, worry and anger distract and control us. The more you can be still and simply realize how distracted you really are, the less control these negative emotions will have over you. "Be Still & Know" is an exercise in awareness and the understanding that develops through it will set you free.
