Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Ground Golden Flax
1 Heaping Tablespoon Rice Bran
1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ
1 Tablespoon Wheat Bran
1 Cup Warm or Cold Milk (or Water)
Optional
Raisins, Cinnamon, Cream, Sweetener
Directions
Mix dry ingredients well, then add the liquid.
Remember, for diabetics use low carbohydrate milk, and a sugar substitute, preferably Stevia.
Tip... Don't buy boxed cereal for your breakfast. It is like giving cookies to your kids for breakfast...a slow death.
