Meditation Workshops

We don't all have time to attend meditation workshops, but we can listen to them at home thanks to modern technology. Roy Masters conducts something called the Sunday Conversations, where he brings together a diverse group of people in Grants Pass, Oregon, at the Foundation of Human Understanding. The group, ranging in size from 30 to 300 people, discusses issues such as marriage, family conflicts, and ways to become more successful in life. To date, there are six different volumes for the Sunday Sessions available.

With MP3 downloads, you can pick and choose which tracks you want to pay for. For example, Volume One of the Sunday Conversations contains up to 20 different tracks. You can choose to download tracks such as Looking Outward for Inner Love, or Our Dark Side and What to Do About It. These tracks feature Roy Masters' insight and wisdom on a particular subject as well as feedback and questions from the audience.

From time to time, Roy Masters also conducts special meditation workshops throughout the country. The Foundation of Human Understanding also offers previous seminars on tape. One of the most popular seminars on tape is from the 2002 Los Angeles Seminar. This seminar features three videotapes, adding up to six hours of footage.
